My name is Sue Davis. I am a Veteran, a military spouse, and a mother of two boys. My formal education includes a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, and a Masters from Saint Louis University's Urban Planning and Real Estate Development Program.
My hobbies include gardening, bicycling, rollerblading, Tae Kwon Do, home decorating, and taxiing our son to his activities. Our older son is a computer science major at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
I am a licensed Realtor. As a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, I take my pledge to protect the public's interest very seriously. I am also a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
I came to real estate via a career with the military, both as an active duty member and as a civil service employee. With the military, I managed property -- everything from facility inspections for radon, asbestos, and lead-based paint to groundwater cleanup projects and transfers of land and buildings among government agencies.
As a military spouse with ten moves in 20 years, I'm uniquely qualified to work with relocating families. I've successfully purchased and sold homes in four states and am a seasoned mover. I know what you're going through!
